How to Become an Approved Vendor

Submit a current copy of your appraisers’ license, errors and omission insurance, two sample appraisals and appraiser resume. Additionally, fill out the Appraiser Information Area of the web site, which includes a fee schedule and coverage area.

Vendor Responsibility

All vendors will receive a periodic review according to the JSG Real Estate Services, Inc. rating system. The analysis will cover efficiency and content of appraisals, fees, and communication.

The estimated value is a guideline for appraisers to follow. Do not attempt to complete the appraisal with the estimated value if the current market conditions do not sustain your conclusions.

Fraudulent appraisal reports will lead to termination of your vendor contract with JSG Real Estate Services, Inc.
